FSP is a TBlox initiative. Suppliers that make use of the free webshop are automatically available via the SuperSearchTM  in TBlox. FSP is an electronic communication hub for eCatalogues, eOrders, order confirmations, shipping confirmations and eInvoices.

FSP is free for suppliers
Any supplier can subscribe to FSP and connect their webshop. If a supplier does not have a webshop (with OCI functionality), it is possible to activate and manage a free TBlox webshop. Online instruction cards and video's are available. Suppliers can make use of optional service packages (paid services).

Responsibillities of the suppliers
The supplier is responsible for accuracy of the client specific product and price files and correct settings. Suppliers can receive orders in any requested format  (fax, email, xml *). TBlox offers a wide range of XML communication formats. Customized XML communication is possible as additional service. FSP also supports EDI communication via service providers like Inter Commit.

FSP encourages electronic messaging
Suppliers that do not have adequate ICT resources available. can make use of a free webshop, receive orders by email including links to confirm orders and perform status mutations electronically. In 2010 TBlox intends to offer PO-flipping via FSP. This allows suppliers to convert an electronic order into an electronic invoice in FSP. This is an electronic invoices on a large scale, even with the small suppliers.

TBlox earning model
TBlox receives transaction fees for placed orders from buyers and for additional services like ERP interfaces, optional service packages and advertising. Also for suppliers TBlox offers several paid service packages.

TBlox-Assist
In the TBlox-Modules you can find question-marks. These are referring to TBlox-Help with instructions. TBlox-Help also contains the Frequently Asked  Questions. Users of the software can submit  questions/suggestions via TBlox-Assist. This is free of charge. Support via phone or e-mail is possible at a charge of 25 credits.
