Expense sheet management
With this module employees can submit their expense sheets
online, including online authorization and management reports. Tax
regulations and company policies can be included in the software.
The financial implications are available for to be imported in your
financial accounting system. Various online reports are available
to monitor the reported items.

Approver expenses (in case several persons should be able to
approver expenses: the workflow modules can be used)
- Financial menu (payment of expenses)
- The manager of the system determenates the rights &
restrictions per user (groups).

- The manager receives an e-mail if there are new expense reports
