Professional and efficient appraisal with SMART targets. Linked to Job Descriptions and Competences. Online appraisal based on competences and targets. This module is linked with our other modules job profiles and competences. By using our modules it’s possible to have an overview of all the competences and targets of your staff. Every manager has his own access to the appraisals of his/hers direct reports. After the starting interview for the (yearly) targets it’s possible to make the job evaluation and the year end appraisal. All employees can read there own appraisal.

  • In this module you can make use of your own competences and jobdesriptions.
  • Each manager has acces to his/her own appraisal and the appraisal of all his employees
  • Each employee has his own log-in name and can log in online.
  • Each employee has acces to his/ her own appraisal can can approve online.
  • Changes in appraisals will be directly reported to the manager by an e-mail notification.
  • Changes can only be set if they are approved by the manager or employee.
  • No more versions in paper  but always the most recent version online.
  • You can connect this module  to other HRM modules like ‘Competence’ and ‘Training’.
