Competence

In this module you can fill in your own competences and competence levels. This modules is connected to job descriptions and appraisals. You can use your own competences or make use of our knowledge and advice or use our competences. Using this module is very easy. Employees can see  the descriptions of the competences so they can see what behavior is required to practice their job successfully.
