We only charge a subscription fee, when a Go-live decision is made. In case we don’t meet up with your expectations you can cancel your subscription free of charge.

Every client receives up to 18 minutes of free support. For additional support or services we offer a pay per use model or service subscriptions.

    Step 2: Process

    Prepare vision document with goals. planning, tasks, process descriptions, enabling uploads in TBlox. A clear mutual plan avoids surprises.

    Step 3 Collect information

    Time to provide us with data. Collect and provide us with the completed templates. We will upload your master data like users, cost centers, workflow and your system is created. We also realize the interface with your own financial application.

    Step 4: Testing

    Your system is created. Follow the test procedures to make sure we didn’t miss a thing. After approval we will delete test data.

Flexible

Our clients have free access to our knowledge base. For additional support via our ticket system. Every client receives up to 20 minutes of free support. Additional time is charged per batch of 10 minutes. The cost is € 25 Euro per batch. The rate for a consultant is € 150 per hour / € 1.200 per man day. For support and service we advise a support subscription.

Start

With the start annual subscription you are entitled to 3 hours of support per year (average of € 100 per hour). The cost is € 25 per month. Additional hours of service will be charged at the end of the month. It is possible to save your number of hours of service that you have not used in a certain year, these hours can be saved up to 12 months. This type of support is most popular by clients that make use of the FreeSupplierPortal or SME’s.

Bronze

With the bronze annual subscription you are entitled to 3 days of support per year (average of 1.000 per man day). The cost is € 250 per month. Additional hours of service will be charged at the end of the month. It is possible to save your number of hours of service that you have not used in a certain year, these hours can be saved up to 12 months. This type of support is most popular by SME’s.

Silver

With the silver annual subscription you are entitled to 7,5 days of support per year (average fee of € 800 per man day). The cost is € 500 per month. Additional hours of service will be charged at the end of the month. It is possible to save your number of hours of service that you have not used in a certain year, these hours can be saved up to 12 months. This type of support is most popular by SME’s or suppliers that require additional integration support.

Gold

With the gold annual subscription you are entitled to 15 days of support per year (average fee of € 800 per man day). The cost is € 1.000 per month. Additional hours of service will be charged at the end of the month. It is possible to save your number of hours of service that you have not used in a certain year, these hours can be saved up to 12 months. With this subscription you are also entitled to receive system management support. In order to make use of this service we need to be in possession of a fully documented environment.

Platinum

With the platinum annual subscription you are entitled to 38 days of support per year (average fee of € 800 per man day). The cost is € 2.500 per month. Additional hours of service will be charged at the end of the month. It is possible to save your number of hours of service that you have not used in a certain year, these hours can be saved up to 12 months.
With this subscription you are also entitled to receive system management support. In order to make use of this service we need to be in possession of a fully documented environment. This option is most popular for clients that require additional implementation support.

Diamond

With the Diamond annual subscription you are entitled to 75 days of support per year (average fee of € 800 per man day). The cost is € 5.000 per month. Additional hours of service will be charged at the end of the month. It is possible to save your number of hours of service that you have not used in a certain year, these hours can be saved up to 12 months. With this subscription you are also entitled to receive system management support. In order to make use of this service we need to be in possession of a fully documented environment. This option is most popular for clients that require additional implementation support.You also benefit from having your own service team and account manager.

Terms & Conditions

No Support subscription (After Pay)

  • Activate a free bundle of 18 minutes support in the App-store (only for new customers).
  • Additional provided services will be charged automatically, unless explicitly stated (opt-out)
  • Services are charged on a monthly basis. Small amounts are invoiced on a quarterly basis.

Service subscriptions

  • Your subscription includes support, additional implementation or optimalization support, customized development/interfaces / links to your service subscription
  • Projects are scheduled based on availability
  • Receive a monthly invoices
  • The balance of your average monthly credits remain valid for a period of 12 months. There is a notice period of three months before the end of the first year, and from the the second year a three months notice period apply before the end of the calendar year.
