The past few weeks, we have been successful in our preparations for the migration to Amazon. In the new year, we have planned activities in the weekends of January 31th, and the weekends of February 7th, 14th and 21st.
In those weekends we expect some downtime. This will be on the friday evenings after 20.00h (CET), this will take a small amount of hours.

Dear Customer,
In preparation of a potential Brexit and due to a renewal of our server park, we are working on a server migration. We are currently planning to migrate our servers from Rackspace (London) to AWS (Ireland) from the weekend of November 15, 2019. We expect to perform activities in several weekends.
During the migration, our software will not be available for a few hours during the weekend. This means that it is not possible to access the application. The duration of the downtime depends on multiple factors.
Messages will appear in the cockpit to inform all users about the migration and the scheduled downtime. We recommend you to perform a risk analysis on the down time during the weekends and evaluate your emergency procedures / information plan. For example, if you have support available for your employees in case they have questions before or during the scheduled activities.
TBlox sends a separate e-mail to customers with interfaces, to coordinate the action plan for the migration.
